Generous aids Gulf Ballymurn refugees OVER two hundred blankets have been sent out to Gulf refugees in the Jordan desert from the Ballymurn community.

The blanket collection was organised by local curate Fr. Sean Fortune after hearing the plea on Dublin's Capital Radio. Fr. Fortune said that the nationwide appeal was launched by Virgin Megastores in Dublin who will be flying the blankets out to the refugees in the Gulf. Fr. Fo
