Mr. Roberts refetred to the renewal of the Lord Nelson Hotel. He said it was proposed to add a small room now u-ed for drinking purposut, to the billiard room as an alcove. It was not an alteration which came within the subs-ection, but he asked the magistrates to sanction it. .
