The Intercolonial Royal Mail Steam Packet Company (Limited) have issued a prospectus for the new capital of 62,5001., agreed to be raised at the recent meeting of the company. The prospectus states, that the company was esti& lished in September, 1858, with a subsidy of 24,000/.
