Mrs. Gerald Longden has reported to the Government, the Daily Mail oorrespondent at Entebbe, Uganda, says, that her husband has been wounded by an elephant and has died ia the Congo. Ivory hunters, of who. Mr. Longden was one, take enormous risks. One of them writes as follows:
