Mr. H. W. Andsley, a Cardiff commercial traveller, was summoned for assaulting Mr. W. H. Derrick, confectioner, of Oxford-street, on July 31st. Mr. Davies, of Messrs. Davies and Ingram, appeared for the prosecution, and deendant was fined and costs, or 14 days' imprisonment.
