New York, Tuesday.—The lawlessness of the strikers is as manifest as ever. Yesterday the colliery at Mount Carmel was wrecked, and a non-Unionist was beaten so badly that he afterwards died. A volley was also fired by the strikers at a train containing a number of non-Unionists.
